Zervio PH Terms of Use
Last updated: November 1, 2026
1. Agreeing to these Terms
By creating an account or using Zervio PH (“Zervio”, “we”, “us”), you agree to these Terms of Use and to our Privacy Policy. You must be at least 18 years old to use Zervio. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
2. What Zervio is
Zervio is a free local job marketplace in the Philippines. Customers post jobs, and Workers offer their services and place bids.
Zervio is only a platform that helps people find each other. We are not an employer, agent, contractor, or party to any agreement between users. We do not supervise or guarantee any work, and we do not guarantee the quality, safety, legality, licenses, or identity of any user or job.
3. Your account
- Give accurate information and keep it up to date.
- One account is for one person. A single account can act as a Customer or as a Worker by switching modes.
- Keep your password private. You are responsible for everything done through your account. Tell us at Contact@zervioapp.com if you think someone else is using it.
- Do not sell, share, or transfer your account.
- You can delete your account at any time (see Section 14).
4. How Zervio works
- Customers post jobs with accurate details and a contact number. Only the Customer who posted a job can edit it or mark it complete.
- Workers create a profile (up to 5 services), and may place one bid per job. A Worker’s contact number is attached to their bid and is visible only to the Customer who posted that job.
- Calls and reviews. Customers can tap Call on a Worker’s card to contact them. After tapping Call, the Customer can leave one review for that interaction, with a star rating, text, and up to 5 photos.
5. Rules of conduct
You agree not to:
- Break the law, or post, offer, or request anything illegal, including illegal drugs, weapons, or sexual services.
- Harass, threaten, discriminate against, or abuse anyone.
- Scam or defraud others, including taking payment for work you do not intend to do.
- Pretend to be someone else, use someone else’s photos, or give false information about your identity, skills, licenses, or experience.
- Post fake, paid, or revenge reviews, or leave reviews about people you did not deal with.
- Share another person’s personal information without their permission.
- Use contact details you receive for anything other than the job, such as spam, advertising, or resale.
- Upload viruses, scrape data, bypass security, or try to access accounts or data that are not yours.
- Post content you do not have the right to use.
- Create new accounts to avoid a suspension.
6. Your content
You own the photos, bios, job posts, bids, and reviews you post. You give Zervio a free, non-exclusive permission to store, display, and use that content inside the app so we can run the service and show it to other users. You promise you have the right to post it, and that it does not break anyone’s rights or the law. Only post photos of other people if they have agreed. Reviews must be honest and based on your own experience.
7. Reporting and moderation
If you see a user, job, photo, or review that breaks these Terms, report it from the options menu (the three dots) on a job, worker profile, or review, or email Contact@zervioapp.com with the name of the user, what happened, and a screenshot if you can. If someone is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services first (911 in the Philippines).
You can also block a user from the same menu, and manage the users you have blocked in Profile & Settings. We do not check everything before it is posted. We may remove content, limit features, or suspend or end accounts that break these Terms or put others at risk, with or without notice.
8. Staying safe
- Zervio does not verify the identity, licenses, or background of users. Check these yourself before hiring or accepting work.
- Agree on the job, price, and schedule clearly before work starts.
- Meet in safe places when you can, and tell someone you trust where you are going.
- Be careful about paying large amounts in advance.
9. Payments and taxes
Zervio does not process payments or hold money. Customers and Workers agree on prices and arrange payment directly. You are responsible for any taxes, permits, or licenses that apply to your work.
10. Disputes between users
Disputes about work, payment, or conduct are between the users involved. We may, but are not required to, help or take action on our platform.
11. Availability and changes to the app
We may change, pause, or stop any part of Zervio at any time. The app may sometimes have errors or be unavailable.
12. No warranties
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Zervio is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not promise that you will find jobs or workers, that users or content will be accurate, or that the app will always work without interruption.
13. Limits on our responsibility
To the fullest extent allowed by Philippine law, Zervio and its owners are not responsible for losses that come from dealings between users, including injury, damage to property, unpaid or disputed payments, or content posted by other users. You agree to be responsible for claims that arise from your own content, your conduct, or your breach of these Terms. Nothing in these Terms limits any responsibility that cannot be limited by law.
14. Ending your account
You can delete your account in the app by going to Profile & Settings, then Manage Account, then Delete Account. You can also request deletion by email at Contact@zervioapp.com. We may suspend or end your account if you break these Terms. Sections 12 and 13 continue to apply after your account ends.
15. Our rights
The Zervio PH name, logo, and the design of the app belong to Zervio PH. Please do not copy or use them without our permission.
16. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. For important changes, we will tell you in the app or by email before they take effect. If you keep using Zervio after the changes take effect, you accept the updated Terms.
17. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. If you have a problem, please contact us first so we can try to resolve it informally. Any legal action will be brought in the proper courts of the Philippines.
